# ISWA Remastered public review

Compare all 37,811 valid ISWA 2010 symbols across 652 base families. The viewer
offers fourteen historical, source, and candidate choices. The default menu keeps
the five historical reference choices visible; enable all builds to inspect the
laboratory and isolated correction candidates.

Choose individual symbols or complete fill/rotation families. Outline mode uses
extracted source paths; live-font mode loads the selected binary. Alignment,
overlay, and pixel-difference views expose different aspects of the comparison.
Pixel differences can include rasterizer and alignment effects.

Comparison records are stored in the visitor's browser and can be exported as
JSON. They are observations, not approvals, and are not uploaded to a server.

The engineering snapshot records zero native audit failures and successful
Chromium and Firefox checks on Linux. It includes direct mapping/advance checks,
TTF/WOFF2 equivalence for the tested candidates, and fixture raster measurements.
The original measured evidence is retained with its dates and test scope.

The circle-only S1e450 candidate preserves the original right-side finger and
palm while moving its circle. See corrections/s1e450-circle-only-right-v1/REVIEW.md
for its source, exact scope, and evidence. It remains a review candidate.

Open decisions include symbol-geometry acceptance, the first approved format set,
font naming and encoding policy, application compatibility, Safari/Apple coverage,
and a final coordinated font/font-db source freeze. Publishing this comparison
site does not approve experimental geometry, declare a new ISWA release, or replace
the existing published font packages.

The source project separates interface code from a checksum-verified asset
snapshot. Its documented build expands that snapshot without rebuilding fonts.
